FINALLY!!!

Well, I had no luck with my drive-bys, so I decided to go to the internet!

I started looking up appraisal records of the homes that appeared to be built by that builder in hopes that they may list the builder.  No luck!

In my searching though, I found a cached page on the internet from one of the homes that was for sale about 5 years ago.  I had hoped it would list who built it, but since it didn't, I decided to send the listing agent an e-mail and ask them.

They provided me with a ladies name that built the house.  So, it's not a "company" and it's a woman; not a man.  Absolutely fine by me, but unexpected!

So, we contacted her and it turns out that she did build all of the houses I've been looking at and SHE lives in the house that was recently built that I've been stalking!

We met with her today at her home and it is just as stunning on the inside as it is on the outside!  Quality work indeed!  She builds in the exact way that we want to build a house, by finding antique doors, windows, etc and building the house around the pieces you find!  She builds ONE house at a time!  WOW!

So now the question is do we make a decision with our heart or our head!  Head = go with a company; Heart = go with random lady I stalked that builds exactly the way we want, but will be a lot more time and effort on our part.
