We just got notification that our range is about to leave on the boat for it's journey from France to the U.S. It has to go through Seattle, Washington for inspection and calibration to U.S. standards and then it's due for delivery at the end of March!
Now we are going to be super anxious to complete the build so we can cook up our first meal in our new home on our LaCanche Chagny range (aka piano)!
