Mixing the Old with the New!

Posted on 19:07 by Arlene Lage
It's so exciting to see some of the antique pieces we have purchased incorporated in the build!  It means so much to me to give these old pieces new life!  Ridge tiles have been put in place and plumbing is complete!  HVAC will start this week and brick has been dropped!

Can't believe that these windows came from an orangery in Belgium!  This just might be my favorite purchase!

Bringing a bit of NOLA home with these old corbels!

Carter is so excited about her tub!!!

They've started to frame for the 18th century doors from France!

We've decided to put the transom that initially went with the front door in the kitchen/great room.  They've framed for it, but the transom won't go in until the carpentry stage.

More of the windows from Belgium!

Guest space above the garage.

We're going to have a lot of leaves to clean up!

Entry!  These framers are amazing!
