In Search of the Perfect Lot!

We are David and Laura!  We have been married 12 years and have twin 2 year olds girls, Tatem & Finley, and a 5 year old girl,  Carter.  Anyone who knows Dave and I knows how much we appreciate nature, cooking, travel (especially in Europe) and pretty much anything with character!

As much as we would love to live in Europe someday, for now we have decided to build a house and bring a some pieces of Europe to Texas.  We know that we're likely making this much harder than it needs to be, but the hard way is always more rewarding in the end, and you learn a heck of a lot in the process!

So, first on the list is a piece of land to build on.....

Of course, it's not going to be an easy task to find the perfect lot, in the right school district and in a location that we feel is safe for our kids to run around the neighborhood and explore like we used to as kids!

So, each weekend, we'll be loading Carter, Finley & Tatem in the car and driving around to see if we can find the perfect lot to build a home for our family!  Wish us luck!!!
